When I first heard Kate Moss was finally getting married, I imagined her wedding would, no doubt, be one stunning affair. If you didn't catch this spread in last year's September issue of Vogue, these are some photos (you can see the rest here) of her special day. Isn't it just dreamy?
It's the details that give the feel of such understated glamour, like the bouquets of paper white roses (my favorite color rose) arranged with country wildflowers, and while the furniture stays pretty simple at the reception - long tables, Bentwood cafe chairs - the elegant flowers in little vases on the table aren't over-powering, the calligraphy of the place cards are simple and elegant, and even the etched crystal glasses and cream tapered candles add that special something. I'm not even a huge fan of wedding tents (are you?) but hers looks quite light and beautiful with the old-fashioned deco chandeliers.
But above all, can we discuss the towering Champagne coupes. How amazing would it be to have something like that at your wedding or at a fabulous party?!
Does anything speak to you here? Tell me, I'd love to know!
